Not because Hunger Games books makes us happy, but because we want to be sedated. Because it’s painful not to pretend. Because we’re cowards. Society.
In parking garages they should paint the parking stall lines up the wall so you can tell if you are aligned.
Christian people say, “no one is born gay”, but no one is born Christian either.

a big difference i’ve noticed between myself and my parents (and i think it’s definitely a generational thing in general) is like when we’re at a public place and something goes wrong i’ll keep my frustration internalized while my parents always vocalize it. like i was just at target with my mom and we couldn’t use a coupon for some reasons and my mom starts going off like “they need to make it more clear when and on what products this can be used for” yada yada yada and i’m just standing there like… it’s not that serious let it go madre life goes on
